Swissôtel: Another high-end hotel to open in Kolasin Ski Resort.

French hospitality company Accor (European leader) is planning to open for the end of 2022 the 4 stars “Swissôtel Resort Kolasin”, having just signed
At 1600 meters above sea-level, the hotel will be just next to the ski slopes and part of the new “K16 Resort” which is one of the projects approved by the government for its “Montenegro Citizenship by Investment”.
With the existing 4 stars+ “Bianca Resort & Spa”, and the future 5 stars “Westin” (planned to be opened for the end of 2022) owned by Mohammed Abdul Alim Chowdhury, also owner of the 4 stars “Four Points by Sheraton”, Kolasin will be able to catch up soon with the expansion of the demand for premium to high end accommodation.
It is to be noted that “Montenegro Citizenship by Investment” program had a major impact the development dynamic.
