USD 1.78 billion financing facility approved by the Asian Development Bank to improve Dhaka-Sylhet trade corridor.

The renovation and improvement of the Dhaka-Sylhet corridor will better connect Chattogram port with India’s northeastern states, and from there to Bhutan and Myanmar.

Chattogram’s port will become a strategical regional transport and trade hub.
